Design strategies include shading studies and through ventilation, providing comfort and energy efficiency. The building is located in an undeveloped area and has clean, open-plan spaces that incorporate points of interest. The materials chosen are warm and natural in the common areas, while in the sleeping and bathing areas the details are more complex, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.
