This project concerns the reconstruction of an old stone mansion in Spetses with respect to its history and traditional architecture. The soft interventions include the dismantling and reuse of materials such as wood and ceramic tiles, as well as the use of water-soluble paints and natural materials. Special attention was paid to preserving interior plasterwork and other traditional details, while the renovation incorporates modern functional needs, such as new bathrooms, a larger living area and kitchen. The project supports sustainability by reusing and selecting eco-friendly materials, enhancing harmony with the local architecture and environment.
