This project involves the reconstruction of an old house in Kifissia, combining modern design with classical forms to preserve the traditional urban character of the area. The approach includes the installation of solar panels for domestic hot water and heating water preheating, the application of eco-friendly materials such as water-soluble paints and natural materials in the interior, as well as the coating of exterior spaces with concrete-free cobblestones that allow rainwater to be absorbed by the water table. At the same time, new high-tech double-glazed frames are being installed for optimal thermal and sound insulation. The result is a modern and ecological space that meets today's needs while respecting the classic character of the residence.
